Evaluation tool presented at a conference in Potsdam

Last week, on September 12, we presented our evaluation tool at the "Conference on Intentional Forgetting in Organizations and Work Settings" in Potsdam. This is a web-based tool that we use to evaluate the different IT artifacts in our studies.

Summit of the current funding phase

As part of the "SPP 1921: Intentional Forgetting in Organizations", the Getrost Vergessen team also met for the tandem workshop in Limburg an der Lahn from May 3-4.

At the end of the first half of the current project phase of SPP 1921, the interdisciplinary tandems used the meeting for exchange as well as for planning the second project phase.

First results of the project are presented in Dresden

Sarah Meeßen is presenting the first results

At the 10th conference of the Division of Industrial, Organizational and Business Psychology of the German Psychological Society in Dresden, the first results of the project were reported in the context of the presentation "Trust in Information Systems - Critical Incidents and Model Development". The results of two studies show that especially the reliability of information systems as well as the credibility of the provided information promote a trustful use of information systems.

Kick-off for the project "Getrost Vergessen"

New tandem-project at the WWU

On November 10, 2016, the DFG-funded project "Getrost Vergessen" started. In this interdisciplinary tandem project, the team of information systems researcher Prof. Dr. Jörg Becker and organizational psychologist Prof. Dr. Guido Hertel aims to find motivational and emotional influences on intentional forgetting in organizations. The kick-off workshop took place in Bochum under the direction of Prof. Dr. Annette Kluge, who coordinated the project. In addition to the exchange between the participating research groups, the presentation of the individual tandem projects took place here.
